How It Works

• Repeat the catchy jingle (example: “Amy’s ants on an anthill, actually.”) and invite your child to retell the story.
• Use the mini-lesson in the back of the book for:

  • letter formation tips
  • simple, practical teaching guidance
• Practice writing the letter using the writing guidance in the mini-lesson (or pair with a dry-erase Alphamat if you have one).
