How to Use Sarsaparilla Simple Syrup

The Root Beer Latte — Sarsaparilla Coffee

• 1oz Sarsaparilla Simple Syrup
• 12oz hot brewed coffee
• 3oz steamed milk of choice
• Optional: whipped cream on top

1. Add 1oz Sarsaparilla Simple Syrup to your mug.
2. Steam or froth 3oz of milk — whole milk amplifies the earthy richness, oat milk keeps it lighter and lets the root character lead.
3. Pour 12oz hot brewed coffee over the top. ALMIGHTY Huey or V-Tail Bonanza from the coffee fleet are the recommended pairings — the well-rounded and smooth, balanced profiles carry the sarsaparilla without competing with it and let the root beer character land exactly where it's supposed to.
4. Top with whipped cream if you want the full sarsaparilla float experience in a mug. This cup will make everyone in the room ask what you're drinking.

Ozark Mule — Sarsaparilla Cocktail

• 1oz Sarsaparilla Simple Syrup
• 2oz bourbon or rye whiskey
• ½oz fresh lime juice
• 4oz ginger beer
• Ice
• Lime wheel and fresh mint for garnish

1. Fill a copper mule mug or rocks glass with ice.
2. Add Sarsaparilla Simple Syrup, bourbon, and lime juice. Stir to combine.
3. Top with ginger beer — pour slow down the side of the glass to keep the carbonation.
4. Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of fresh mint.
